<p>My goodness I LOVED THIS, Thank you Aaron!!! i was doing great the first 15 minutes then i was like hey where is my childs pose (missing the comfort of yoga). By the last 3 minutes i was like you know what it’s okey to watch someone shadowboxing there is joy in that too.LOL</p><p>I’m definitely coming back to this, it was challenging for me but so worth it. </p>

<p>Well thank you Aaron Alexander! I can honestly say that I never thought I would experience a shadow boxing workout but here I am this morning having just completed your session! Time really flew!</p><p></p><p>When I repeat this practice should I be aiming to switch back legs to even out the work?</p><p></p><p>This week, to change things up a bit, I scheduled one of Aaron's workouts for each morning together with a short stretch yoga practice from Adriene and I really have been feeling reinvigorated and stronger for it. I will be coming back to this workout series regularly!</p>

<p>That was SO much fun! Got my pulse up and I'm feeling very energised. No way did I do 10 push ups as quickly as you Aaron - even on my knees - but something to aspire to. I wonder if it would be good to do the same sequence switching which leg is behind? Anyway - really enjoyed yet another great practice with you Aaron, keep them coming 👍</p>
