Join me on the mat as we flow through movement and breathwork to elevate us to a more balanced state. <br><br>Oftentimes life can have us feeling defeated and bogged down, but with yoga we can acknowledge where we are now and utilize this ancient practice to shift our state of being, without forcing it. Let the Breath of Fire, or Kapalabhati, inspire you to alchemize and release what is weighing on you. (Pets love it too!!) Throughout this practice we will try various techniques to reduce fatigue and reset the body and mind. <br><br>Let’s take a few minutes to reconnect with our breath and recharge!</span></p></div>

<p>Another great pick me up and shift and I thought/hoped a quick breath of fire would work but - any suggestions anyone? It seems whenever I practice I end up sort of hyperventilating. Was just reading in Donna Fargo about straw breath and wondering if learning that would change my breath of fire?</p>

<p>This is one of my favorite practices to do on days when im just feeling low energy and/or feeling down. I always feel so much better after doing this practice. Sometimes the hardest part is really showing up to the mat, allowing ourselves that extra time we deserve to truly be with our selves. </p>
