<p>In this 15 minute video, Alia shares her tips and tricks to help traditional Vinyasa poses work for curvy bodies without changing the intention of the poses. Beginning with a simple change to make mountain pose more comfortable, Alia offers variations on chair pose, lunges, standing and seated twists, child’s pose, and Shavasana.
