I loved this! I also had to do standing split on the other side. 😂 I was like wait what?? Had to bance it out.

Had to pause the video to do the standing split on the left side because it seems it was forgotten. Otherwise good practice but it did throw off my flow.

Adriene, I have been practising with you daily for almost 3 years now. I just want you to know that when you tell everyone “you are in the driver’s seat” that I really have come to know this from the center. I have been sick with head congestion and an upper respiratory virus of some sort. After hours and hours of laying on the couch however, a body does need to move and stretch a little, even when sick. So I did not hesitate to accept today’s invitation. I knew right away I would not put my head below my heart, so I played with other shapes during down dogs and forward folds. There is always a way to show up but still do it our own way. Thanks for this teaching!❤️Sending healing thoughts to anyone else under the weather

After you do the low lunge twist on the opposite side, pause the video to do a standing split because Adrienne forgot to do it. I saw this in the comments before I did the video, so just commenting it for the sake of keeping that note towards the top of the comments 😊 also blow your nose before because there is a small breath of fire at the end 😝 learned the hard way with that today haha
