I watched this today and will practice this tomorrow. Now, how do you get the leg back into plank or DD? I feel like I get “stuck” on the mat.

<p>I think my arms might be too short. When I am in lung I I have my palm lifted and am on my fingers because my palms don't meet the floor. How can I adjust? Right now I swing my leg outwards, lift my hand fast and come crashing down.</p>
