To add to my comment: i pay for the app mostly to avoid ads and hassle on YouTube, but if I have to search for the day’s practice anyway, i might as well save my money and do it on YouTube.

I first did this practice during the 30-day challenge in January, and it was hard. Super hard! Ive been doung this practice regularly since, tacking it to the end of another practice. My core has never been stronger. I can go through the core practice three times. My back pain is gone. I dont have enough good things to say about this practice!

It’s noon EST, and this still hasn’t been added to the calendar section of this app. I love YWA but do find these little mess-ups happen regularly and are frustrating enough to make me wonder whether paying for the app is worth it.

Obviously I don’t know if the lack of namaste is done with that perspective change in mind, but I found it really helpful as background info :)

I'm loving doing a brand new 30-day yoga practice! But I AM really missing the 'namaste' at the end. There's only been one so far, and I find I'm slightly more unsettled at the end of the practice without it. xx

I am so glad that I know what today’s Fan had in store. My core is about as solid as a sweet muffin and today was a challenge for certain. Well, I showed up, I swore a lot, and I finished. Namaste friends.

This coincided with the toughest day of my menstrual cycle (TMI, sorry). I may or may not have been cursing at the screen, but I made it through. :)
