I have had digestive issues for almost a week despite supportive movement and food, nothing was helping. We’re talking stomach organ pain, constipation, etc. I did this gentle, restorative video twice in a row last night before bed. Felt like knots in my guts became untwisted, also loosened my back and relaxed my mind/body tremendously, I slept great. Woke up this morning and truly, finally “cleared my system.” MIL gracias, Adriene!!!

<p>I'm taking care of my core because I've put on weight and I don't feel good about it. My twists are far fetched, literally unable to touch the floor with my shoulder. But again, let me give credit to my current context: I was pregnant, I gave natural birth and now I'm breastfeeding and my baby is six months old. Slowly but surely, I'm heading towards a more positive relationship with my body again. Baby steps along the way. So I wish I was grateful but instead I'm mostly irritable and upset. If you are reading this, then may this be a blessing for you! 🩷🙏</p>

Highly effective! Prioritizing gut health, is wealth. Nice release :) to relax and soothe the body. This is another gem of a practice. I love coffee grinder. Nice stretch! Nice gentle twists and soothing core attention. Nice (3x!) short reboot. And rewire too. Calming. Tending to my/our instincts/intuition/breath is an act of ultimate self-love. May we all be well. Thrive. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💙💜♥️

I was going to skip yoga today. I hurt myself two days ago sweeping snow off my vehicle. The right side back area. I tried a gentle yoga yesterday but tweeked it again. This morning i was not to sure yoga was a good idea so i watched a chakra chat. After that mental warm up i decided to turn on todays yoga and just sit, or do child pose if anything seemed dangerous. Well i did this whole session, very gently. My back muscles feel much better. I know it was meant for the gut but those poor back muscles have loosened up considerably. Yay!
