The courage to show up. That is where it starts. Find refuge, cultivate intention, anchor in slowing down your breath, and release tension in the body. This is a 28-minute fiery breath-focused practice that invites you to the table. Nurture the body, tend to your heart, balance the brain, find strength, find stillness.

Get your fill so that when you step off your mat you have the energy you need to be present and serve.

A strong and whole practice will assist you in taking your yoga off the mat and into the world.

I’d love to know how you are feeling in the comment section down below.

I got your back. Sending you big love. From my home to yours!

Today I was diagnosed with a pretty rare headache disorder, and the past month has kind of been hell. I finally got a little bit of relief today, and this practice was the first full body one i’ve done in a while. Today, my “I am strong” may have come out more like “I am so f***ing strong.”

I wish there were more practices at this level of difficulty. Not too hard but I am having trouble finding videos like this one that are at my level (which I'm only at because I've been a dedicated YWA member since Oct:) ) If anyone has any recommendations for good ones that are more difficult, I would appreciate the advice.

First time I did this practice in Feb 2020, it was tough! Marked as a favourite, still a favourite. But how does shoulder and bent knee BOTH stay on the ground in the supine twist? Anyway every time I practice this it is in a slightly better more focused way. Thank you.

I chose this practice today after watching the terrifying events in the Ukraine unfold. I feel helpless, full of tears and fear for the people of that country. All i could think to do was to practice courage and send all that i can with every breath. If anyone from the Ukraine is reading this we stand in solidarity with you and i hope you can take some of my courage to help you through. 🇺🇦💙💛

For those who would like them, I wanted to share these words along with this Courage practice: God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the Courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. Namaste fellow yogis!

SAY YES. Yes, there’s some heat here, but Adrienne takes care of us through it all. When she calls us “dear ones,” it fills my heart. I feel held and seen and supported. Courage boost in more ways than one. We are here. Thank you! Needed this today. This is my kind of church ❤️🙏❤️
