Frosty Iowa Morning. So much gratitude for this 30 day practice and the Community that supports it all. This practice highlighted my need to trust my body and its process. I have gained so much in these 28 days. I look forward to continued practice and deepening my bodily intuition. 💛🙏

Missed opportunity to start with "... lets get straight INTO IT." </3

I feel like today was easing us into trusting ourselves for Day 30. I know it can be difficult-especially if we're new to the practice-to trust that we know what our bodies need (as Adriene reminds us frequently.) We have so many poses and various types of breath work that we can refer to, particularly from our past 28 days together. I hope everyone can recall the message from today's practice in a few days and trust that you know exactly what you need. 💜 namaste

Ah, this was wonderful. It was challenging for me in in the lunges with the hands and body going to a crescent but it was liberating to find such ease in much of the practice and along with that release.

Hot day in Everglades National Park at Flamingo Bay. Yoga Flow day 27, lots of hiking easy trails, tired by early afternoon.

After a shower, feeling refreshed, and before dinner, I decided to do Intuit.

Not ready to get dressed I choose to, for the first time in my life, pratiquer le Yoga nu. Bold, wild move, refreshing.

I was able to intuit, at 66 years of age, that Yoga Nu was what my body and spirit needed to be comfortable

Wow, this practice felt so special to me! Going into crescent with the hands on the third eye, trusting its inner guidance and actually closing the other two eyes, but feeling steady. Beautiful!! ❤️ Thank you!

I love how we are ending this journey on a chakra tour in the final week! Already feeling emotional about our 10th and final year coming to a close. All good stuff though!! Tears of gladness for you and for all of us! Xx

A wonderful experience. Thanks Adriene! Found something new in tabletop position! Also in down dog. Mightier cobra and chaturanga to up dog, those cat-cows and mindful spinal flexions and extensions are stirring up good energies to flow in the here and now, thanks again Adriene and to the creative team behind all this goodness, a gem of a series! I am indeed shifting to the truest sense and most vital part, my True North - I never knew my quest :) to breathe more freely and sit still for longer periods would lead me to so much more! That balance contains so much joy! And that working inwards as I work out would lead me to have more connections I can trust. And be strong and yet flexible. This is such a beautiful revelation and journey of a thousand knowing! Clarity. Space. Contentment. Ease. Love. Compassion. Strength. Loving living as is! Because I practice. Time well spent. Energies flowing to serve everyone else too. What a find! I feel so humbled, honored, seen/tended/supported/lo
