Thank you for this lovely practice and for raising awareness about childhood cancers. I actually lost my 35 year old husband to a very rare adult onset form of brain cancer called medulloblastoma. 2 brain surgeries, craniofacial radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and yet it still spread. Everywhere. Lots of love to all the warriors out there and their caregivers. Keep hoping and fighting. I see you and I love you. Thank you Adriene.

This practice always feel special for me...My daughter was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia when she was 4, thankfully she is now a healthy 19 year old with her whole life ahead of her. This practice fills me with gratitude for every single person &amp; every single medication that got her where she is today. It also helps me to connect with other parents, carers &amp; individuals who may be in need of some healing &amp; loving thoughts - I pray for you all 🙏🏼 Thank you Adriene for raising awareness, sending out love &amp; light to anyone who needs it ✨🤍🙏🏼

I agree Cynthia. It is almost as though she is seeing me and gives me tips. I love that. I feel as though i am mush more mindful with my practice and not just doing poses.

<p>Go for the gold. Thank you for this practice. I am glad I came back in time ;) a few weeks ago (on the Aura calendar) for this. I enjoyed supine Kapalabhati breathing. It’s so fierce. I relished the Warriors. Great practice to ground in the present moment. I found my Warrior III to be more present ;) on the second side. I love Rocking Horse. I have forgotten about it. The short foot massage (intended for the 3rd Chakra) was very much appreciated. With all the walking and being on my feet for most of the day…the short foot massage felt very rewarding! I’m glad I checked this out tonight. It warmed up my Manipura. Thanks for everything Adriene. To better serve others with integrity and ease (while ceding control), I have to fully embody my own power, clarify my inner warriors(?) For now, that’s how I perceive or imagine it to be tonight for me…thanks for igniting the fire within Adriene! It’s very helpful nowadays. I am ready to Rest and Digest. I will sleep on this.
