Such a lovely, peaceful practice.

My mother-in-law passed away last night 🥲 We had the call at 2.30am, though my husband somehow felt late last night that she had already gone. He had such an overwhelming feeling of needing to be with her, and then a sense of lightness. ❤️

Today’s breathwork really helped me. Thank you for creating such a calming space. 🙏❤️🙏

When you put a pillow down for your knees, but by the time you're ready to lunge... 🤣🤣

Sylvester enjoyed today's practice. We ended up converting lunges to planks and reclined poses to seated.

But the purrs and cuddles were delicious! Adriene the best practices include pets!!!! 🙂🐈🐕

Thank you for this healing practice! Question about the alternate nostril breathing: is it normal to feel smothered and finding it hard to breath when doing this? Does anyone recognize this?

Thank you Adriene! I am among the many who are spiralling down right now. Thanks for honoring that, and for keeping us company. Sending gratitude to you for bringing us some relief and comfort.

Thank you Benji! Thank you Adriene! The wonders never cease! To amaze me. It’s been awhile and in each surrender I relish your cues coupled with fun and loving shares. Your endless nuggets of wisdom. You lower the bar for all to participate. Without judgments. Nor expectations. No yoga robots. Just feel the sensations. Scan the body. Be mindful. Breathe. Just pure love. Thank you so much Adriene.

I love the ten minute or so of breathing effortlessly and expansively with silky smooth efficiency in this session! More of those please :)

This is a calming and soothing session for me. Centering. Gathering to rise up above the fray. Great way to process and leave behind the concerns of a downgraded ….and the unrelenting changes that I have no control over. I trust…and I am benefiting from a consistent, focused, dedicated practice of …complete surrender.…and witnessing how what we practice on here come forth and Integrate into my daily life, is so empowering…. I am grateful for everything!

I was so touched, filled with gratitude as we did directional breathing! Even the flash of surrender in each practice is immediate! As we sat at the beginning (and each time I sit in stillness), I honored how much at home I am in the stillness. And the practice keeps growing exponentially well in each revisit! There’s so much more to discover! It’s like a goldmine of wellness. I remain curious! I never expected that from a virtual space. And yet the connections within are real! At every stage/phase…, I feel so held…thanks Benji. Thanks Adriene. Thanks FWFG and YWA Team.

I am sending everyone lots of loving kindness. Thrive. Be well…Peace. Light. Love. For All. 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 05/17/25

Adriene, thank you 🙏 for inviting me to practice with you. What an honor. All through this session I felt lighter amidst the hate in the world. I felt my non-conformity validated in the shared silences and breaths. I felt space to catch my breath. I felt my empty cup become full again throughout each stretch, asana and breath. And to read through the comments…. sigh. We are definitely not alone, none of us.

Namaste, all. 💕🕯️

I just want to say thank you, to Adriene, to the members of this community. I love the positive, compassionate atmosphere of FWFG. I really needed this practice today. All the political stuff, the hate, has gotten me down recently. Today, I went on a walk to try to get outside, to feel good but I ended up having a man I didn’t know, act strange to me in a way, where I came straight home because I felt uncomfortable. It left me feeling like the world outside and in (the internet) was all bad. This practice did help “refuel” me, it was the right balance of stillness and movement. Thank you truly♥️
