I'm practicing this one week after my darling mum took her own life. I'm feeling heavy and finding it difficult to move my body, but this has helped and I managed to find movement between stillness, and lots of child's poses. So grateful for yoga, something I've shared with mum over the years. ❤️

Adriene, you have taken ALL my favourite positions and put them in one awesome yoga practice! If I was going to curate my own morning session, it would be this. Was so happy to see it on the app when I woke up today. You continue to create the most perfect content. Thank you for this gorgeous start to the day 😌💕

I love this! It’s so yummy delicious. Loving way to wake up the body and stretch it out while strengthening and enhancing all the connections. Meditative movements. Nice pacing. Allowing for the whole being to be present and pay attention to all the feedback loops. Honoring where I am. Being aware of what’s going on inside. And creating space to tend to that. And wend my way through to what serves my innermost needs and ecosystem. Nourish my innate nature, my natural state of being balanced. Release. Let go. Perfect practice to Notice where I am holding or gripping. Observe. To not form any unnecessary attachments. And allowing myself to soften, loosen my hold, to trust and to just be. Focus on each movement. Ease into it with grace. Mobility at its finest to exist with ease. It’s all good! You’re a national treasure Adriene! I feel so satisfied and content, at peace, so soothed after this. Thanks Adriene, for another practice that truly serves. I did this right after Meditation for Inner Peace. It’s a perfect pairing! Nice visualization of space between each vertebrae. When I first heard you say “inhale lots of love in…” I imagined each conscious breath seeping into the inner recesses of my being, creating space. It reassured me, even when my airways were…That invitation of “inhaling lots of love in and exhaling lots of love out…” kept me coming back as I struggled to breathe in…and no one could tell me why. That loving invite connected with me! You’re not being redundant. I just want you to know that, I am breathing fully now in both nostrils. Alternate nostril breathing (Buteyko) and all your other breathing exercises are helpful! I never thought it would come back! I thought it was to be. Permanent. And I was fine, I accepted it. And then…here I am! Okay. ;) I love the Warrior II variation here. Beautiful approach to cow legs. The thread the needle with one leg extended! Wow! Leg lifts, bring it on, thanks Liz! ;) it’s so lovely to feel so good amidst the chaos. Not being inconsiderate but fully immersed and focused on how to keep my equilibrium level up to flow and ease into everything to exist and function wel, not perfect, but authentically me and with integrity. And serve others too with grace. Thanks for this gift Adriene, they’re all landing well within me! And outside too! :) May we all live well and be at ease with what is. May we remember that everything is cyclical. And the practice allows for shifts, modifications, adjustments, coordination for us to go back home to align all that to who we are and flow from there. At least that’s how it is for me. For me to share more and spread more love and kindness and compassion to everyone here practicing. And love out into the world that needs more of it badly. I Salute our commitment to our practice/s and this safe and loving and supportive space. Peace, Light and Love to All! 09/21/24 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

I had my second baby a few months ago and this is THE practice to fit in during her nap time. Babies are tough on the body, and every night I have tight shoulders and hips. This practice is absolute medicine.
