Hmmm, I felt like the teacher was a bit condescending tovthe student. Felt more weird simce that's the first time ive had those emotions with this community.

I would have liked being able to follow along without needing to look at the video, but quite often was lost in the instructions and needed to look at the video just to be sure what you meant. Mostly in the stages of switching positions, starting or ending a sequence. Somehow the getting “lost” feeling and the need to look at the video to know where you were at, discontinued my process of grounding. Now that I have done it once, probably the next time will go smoother for me, because in the end I feel it gave me glimpses of the inner peace

I really enjoy listening to other teachers, picking up different ways of lengthening the breathe, breathing down to my toes. For the final legs up the wall I drifted away to The Chalice Well Gardens in Glastonbury & felt all kinds of emotion coming up…Thank you, looking forward to practising with you again 🙏🏼✨🤍

Thank you Emily and Jessica. This session was such a pleasant and most welcome surprise. Thanks for reminding us to visualize that happy place or person to connect to our true nature whenever we needed to quelll the fight or flight (or freeze) mode! Thanks as well to Adriene and the whole fwfg team for bringing Emily to the platform. Namaste 💛💚💙

THANK YOU EMILY! Thank you Jessica! Thank you FWFG team! This was such a magic salve for me today. Thank you for the reminder that joy is our natural state of being, as yoga reminds us. I will be coming back to this practice often <3

I really loved this. I hope they are plans to bring Emily and Jessica back. Would FYFG consider putting together a somatics playlist using existing content?

I decided just to watch this video not attempt to follow the practice. I'm glad I did. Just watching it made me calm my breathing. I will try the practice in due course knowing I won't have to keep checking what I should be doing.
