<p>Loved the pace of this and the challenge, almost restorative to begin with the slow mindful cheerleaders. Half moon really challenged me but in the best most encouraging way. And nice to have a longer practice to sink into - i normally skip the longer ones so I'm pleased with myself (loving myself) for committing to this 💚</p>

<p>I'm one of those people who was born with anatomically opened hips. I can sit with cow legs all day long and reclined cobblers pose has me looking like an open book. So let me tell you that those cheerleaders at the beginning were TALKING to me with that internal hip rotation 🤣 Adriene said to sitzbones to the ground and I said, "Okay, but just one, singular sitzbone." Is this like a curly hair vs straight hair thing? Do we always want what we don't have? Lol</p><p>As always, so much love for these practices ❤</p>

<p>‘It’s not about the pose, it’s about how you’re processing the journey, be kind and loving’ </p><p>I am the most consistent with daily practice that I have ever been this past year and I love how there is always something new to be found in these videos. I am not the same version of myself that practised this video in the past and this sentence stuck with me this time. </p>

<p>This practice was just what I needed this morning. I’ve been taking care of my husband who is healing from an injury, working, raising teenagers, and managing the house. And I was constantly finding fault with myself for all the things that were falling through the cracks.</p><p>This practice helped me re-center, give myself some grace and self-love for all that I have been able to do.</p><p>Thank you Adriene.</p>

<p>Lovely!!! Time flew by on the mat. It’s all good! I’ve kept my promise to take on this 30-Day Yoga journey. And it’s magical. It’s delightful. Delicious even. I can taste it. I believe even more. Way more, in the transformative powers of the breath, connecting inwards, slowing down, connecting deep within to stir the inner workings of my being to peace, listening to my internal transmitters, noticing every sinew of my body (internal organs, joints, tissues, blood flow, the rhythm of my heart..), moving lightly/fluidly/strong/stable through vinyasas/asanas it’s so delightful! Yoga is life! Thanks Adriene and to all the Teachers here, this True 30DoY is such an epically beautiful series! I love those creative and juicy twists! Magical stretches! So yummy for the hips, side body, upper body - all over wellness. Half splits (moon). Pyramid. Warrior flows. Steeple grips and stretches that really goes way deep within, such a balm to the muscles, tissues, joints! Doing more chaturanga to updogs! I’m enjoying it all, in large part due to how much of it is made possible by how you have all diligently created the conditions for one person (like me!) to Find What Feels Good! On the mat! For real! And the benefits manifest and seeps into a wonderful and balanced state of being. To just be. As everything is as it should be! Shape-shifting with integrity! Not perfect. But Truely me! I love myself! And the list of “lovelies” is incredibly long! Thank you! Time. Space. Expansion. Balance. To feel this good is a gift I treasure and tend to, thanks Adriene for putting ease into my journey of self-discovery, self-study, self-awareness, self-care, self-love to the max!
