We said the final goodbye to my dearest Mum yesterday and celebrated her long life. After weeks of planning to give her the most loving and special day with so many family and friends to wish her a beautiful and touching farewell, I am mentally and physically exhausted but this practice helped me so much. I feel so much better and ready for the next step in our family journey ❤️🙏❤️

That was yummy! Loved this practice. Very soothing! Looser limbs! I feel light, bright, spacious and happy! Nice chair pose, triangle pose and transition to KoHD. Nice release for the shoulders, neck, hips, knees… Great stretch for the whole body. This really helps the whole lymphatic system. May we all be well. Thanks Adriene! 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

I wasn't sure whether this was a preventative practice or also one to be done when you need some lymphatic flow because you are already sick. Turns out, this is what I would call intermediate level sick person yoga. I am probably at the end of a flu right now and was able to do all of the moves. Feeling excellent post practice :)

Loved this practice! Another favorite & one to rotate regularly. I was so frustrated yesterday because this new class was not on the app. Anyone else?

I had an axillary clearance and bilateral masectomy in December and am currently undergoing chemo for breast cancer. I have some cording in my right arm and this little gem worked a treat. I won't lie I found it tough but it has been a while since I've been able to exercise. I'll be adding this flow to my weekly routine! Big thanks to the FWFG team X

Very soothing practice with a slow pace. Always enjoy KOHD! The self massage at the end felt so nice! Liked how we reset with a halfway lift!

🙏🏻🩷☮️🪬🧘🏼‍♀️

Lymphatic flow is a good one if you are recovering from a sprained wrist because the poses don't require much hand or wrist strength. There is one down dog but just for a moment allowing me to improvise with a closed fist or claw.
