That was amazing! I wasn't looking forward to an hour but once I got into it it was so great and seemed to go by quickly. I realized after that I was truly present. Taking each moment as it came. In my week of doing 45 min+ practices, I am quickly realizing how much more impactful these longer sessions are. While I love how digestable the 20 and 30 min classes are, these longer videos really break up my energy blockages. This will be added to the favorites!

Awesome work! Got my full body working. Heart-mind-body connecting and working together as one. My firwt time doing this practice, thanks team for including this in this month’s calendar. I don’s search for Weight Loss sessions, but I love this practice. The repetitivelovements, nicely paced unhurried flows, those twists, stretches, nice overall strengthening session. Finding balance - I did standing splits with both hands on my calves, so good! Finding joy and ease with grace and a little effort. Such a sweet surrender in savasana for 19 minutes, blissful! I am worthy. My cup overflows. Rooting for me to safely serve others too. Thank you so much Adriene. Take good care everyone. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I just did this lovely practice outside under the sunlight and listening to the birds. It was wonderful. Thankful during these times I have green space to practice in.
