<p>I did it a day early but enjoyed it thoroughly as one of my favourite practices of foundation. i always try to include 2-3 of the foundation exercises in my “private” monthly calendar, and it is truly helpful and keeps my discipline level high.</p>

First tine doing this particular approach to practice Goddess Pose, thanks team. I practiced sitting first then took a few minutes to stretch to wake up my body, except for the legs :) It was challenging to align, my legs and thighs were reluctant to follow :) to say the least. So I breathed into it, willed my mind to get on board, focused on the alignments, grounding down and lifting up from the center (imagining the wall behind me to support me…) - awesome! I found ease by surrendering, allowing the strange sensations at first, adjusting my stance at first try (then gradually increasing it), breathing, focusing, sticking with it and listening to Adriene’s cues. By the second and third repetition, I felt connected, so good. Wow! Great tension release. Feels so grateful and grounded now. Centered. Ready to take on the day. Take good care everyone. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
