My beloved yoga buddy, Jeffery the cat 🐈, passed away a week ago so I am starting this one late. Thank you for providing this amazing community and being there consistently with these videos and this love. It is helping me to continue to look after myself through heartbreak πŸ’”

Are these practices with no real beginning to be fully present with your body and mind, and no end to integrate the practice and reconnect with oneself really yoga? Skipping savasana removes the sacredness of yoga. It denies the body and mind a time to settle before moving on with the rest of your day. What we do in videos like this is mibe the body around, which is a good thing in and if itself, but all movement is not yoga and all yoga is not movement. Yoga is so much more than one or the other. It is as much for the mind as the body, and truly connecting both planes is where real peace is found.

Really wasn’t feeling good today and wanted to quit 5 mins into it. However, I stuck with it and the detox worked it magic and I felt much better by the time we got to wide leg fwd fold and godess. Sometimes Adriene knows best what is needed. Lol. πŸ’™πŸ’œπŸ©ΆπŸ©·πŸ’šπŸ§‘πŸ’›

Thank you, Adrienne! This was just what I needed! πŸ’œ Yesterday, I really needed the FWFG community. After sharing my πŸ’”, so many of you sent love and messages. What an amazing community! Today, I have love to send and I'm sending it to anyone that feels they could use it, for any reason. πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

Really needed this one today. Almost opted for something shorter, but after spending yesterday in shock + down, was so glad to focus on pushing my body, sweating a little bit, + trying to stretch + balance. Will need this FWFG practice + community going forward. Thank you, Adriene, sweet Benji + FWFG crΓΌe. Namaste all y’all. So grateful for you πŸ™πŸ’–πŸ˜‘πŸ™†πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ«Ά

I have COVID 19. I had really bad back pain and could not do a forward fold two days ago. Today I was able to fold again without pain, although modified with knees very bent. Thank you Adrienne for helping me get through this.

Is there anyone else facing technical problems with this video? It froze about 4 mins in the practice , tried 3 times and it happened again so I had to switch to YouTube. Otherwise great practice.
