Anyone else missed one side in the last vinayasa? I got the impressions that i only moved left side through this knee to nose, knee to elbow, warrior two, peaceful warrior sequence?

I loved the practice, but only doing the left side knee to nose and elbows was a little unbalanced for me.

Nice quicker paced flow today, I don't know if my device skipped it or if there wasn't a right leg version of knee to nose, right elbow and left elbow followed by warrior 2 and peaceful warrior. I added it in myself for balance, thank you Adriene!

IF YOU HAVEN'T SCROLLED DOWN AND READ THE COMMENTS, YOU NEED TO KNOW....

You will need to pause the video at c.14:45/21:14 on the video timer , just before Adriene comes to sit cross legged on her mat, so that you can do the following flow on your 2nd side:

Lifting your RIGHT leg high, from **Downdog: **knee to nose, **knee to same side (R) elbow in plank, **knee to opposite (L) elbow in plank, then up into warrior 2, into Peaceful warrior, and cartwheel down into a Low Lunge twist...I think you go back into **Downdog for a few deep breaths, then your are all caught up, and you can hit play ( 14:45/21:14) once again! ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿฝ

Thank you Adriene for another amazing practice, and also for showing us that you are human too, and you forget things like everyone's else does! ๐Ÿ˜… I really hope I haven't messed up those instructions now! ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ˜…

Namaste my friends ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’–๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ๐ŸŒ€๐ŸŒŠ

Loving how these are available when I wake up in Australia instead of having to wait for US time to tick over like previous years. Thank you Adriene and team ๐Ÿ˜Š

This felt beautiful except that we only did the warrior 2 and knee to nose on the left so i paused the video so i could do the other side haha. I felt imbalanced ;)

While I am loving, the beginning of this journey, these sessions are much shorter than my typical practice. What are others doing? Repeating the entire practice? Or adding something else at the end. Iโ€™m thinking of adding the seven part breathing room series, at the end. Thoughts?

13:10 is when the sequence starts that's left side only - for anyone wanting to go back and do the right. Beautiful practice either way! ๐Ÿ™โœจ

Thanks Adriene! I started doing yoga every day last year with the 30 day challenge, and one of the hardest things for me is these flows. They always seem to go too quickly, I can never get my breathing right, and stepping one foot to the top of the mat is not something I can do in one step. Does anyone have any tips? I would love to LOVE flow ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Did i miss the right side? I didnโ€™t pause to do it myself as thought it would be somewhere later. Maybe in day 5 :)))
