<p>Had saved this since Easter and finally did it today: I only discovered Rabbit Pose this year (I think it was in one of the crown-chakra-centered Flow practices) and really like the head-to-earth connection it cultivates 🤎 When in the end Adriene asked us to put between our hands a moment we are grateful for, I thought of this afternoon that I spent with my mum and my grandparents in their yard, resting in the unseasonably warm air, looking onto the garden and the budding forest beyond 🌳</p>

<p>First time doing this, saved it for Easter Monday. Thanks Adriene! My heart overflows with gratitude, it’s far too many to list and count. May everyone feel the same way. Great breathing exercise too! Fresh blood! WOW!Finding calm and steady breath in tight positions. As in life, always a nice takeaway. Perfect practice after journeying through (Yoga for) inner space, then out into the universe as I soothed myself with Marnie’s Yoga for Adrenal Fatigue and then as a Bunny - only in this space do I get to experience all that in a very short span of time!
