Short but vigorous, and Adriene leads you in so gently you only realize halfway through how vigorous 😁

Great stretches in the hips and back of the legs in this one. Just what I needed... and enjoyed being a dancing tree 🌴 I am capable of relaxing.

I loved this hands tree practice with the massage. I was more dancing on one of the tree poses, and happy that you grab me every time I fall. 💝🙏🏻💝🇳🇴

I was feeling low energy when I started this. Then, we started out standing, and I was like ugh!!! But I loved this practice! The extended side angle work felt amazing. By the end, I was a closed-eye dancing tree.

I am capabable of shifting my perspective.
