Amazing! I was surprised that just this short video and simple movements made a big difference. I was also impressed with the change that you demonstrated by holding your hands up and narrow, and then out and wide (to demonstrate the downward dog hand positioning), and when I tried that it felt interesting / fun -- I'll continue exploring that!

Any advice for those of us with arthritis in the thumbs? Pressing fingers to thumb can be quite painful!

Good morning! Question: Does anyone have an idea why or solution to hands slipping in Downward Dog? Even with this video my hands seem to slip. I wonder if its me or the mat.

This really helps with the wrists. Thank you. Is ther anything specifically for the thumb joint? As i have aged, the joint has drawn inward toward the palm of my hand. That makes it very painful to press my hand flat while doing downward dog and planks. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
