First and foremost, thank you for your teachings Adriene. What you have built here is essential, one of the rituals I tend to daily and why/how I am able to hold space and share my journey with others with integrity. Safely, effectively and authentically. For all that you do to maintain this space, thank you! For all your plans and your ideas, your focus to expand the wealth of offerings and contents here, thank you! For diversifying your realm, thank you! To be seen, acknowledged, heard, understood, loved, cared for and well-supported - I know how that feels and it’s informs my every relationships. I find that here, too, thank you! Change is constantly occurring. May we all go forth in the direction that serves everyone best. May we all be well. Share what we find good here with the world. Awesome! Let’s all take good care! 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

Today, May 8, 2024, is my four year anniversary of doing Yoga with Adriene. I started doing it May 8 2020 during the pandemic and I have done it EVERY DAY since then! I have not missed one day. It has changed my body and my life. I do it first thing every morning, and when I wake up I hear Adrien's voice calling me to the mat. I'm in my 60s and am so so so glad that I discovered yoga to help me with balance and strength as I age. I am a teacher, and it felt like some sort of karma that today, on this anniversary the daily yoga video was Yoga for Teachers. Thank you for everything, Adriene!!

Above and beyond, this session was outstanding for checking-in. Connections to all of me, my practice and how it influences my flow. I am nourishing a deeper appreciation of my daily routine and rituals. Nice takeaways and lessons in this one! Greeting each day with love and gratitude by carving in a little time for self-care. Teaching the whole of me - what makes me feel whole :) - how? by showing up to practice! Adhering to those rituals. Adriene, dear teacher: the highest in me bows to the highest in you! I’ve been blessed to have great teachers. I have high respect for the patience and dedication, the love for the profession teachers bring forth to class. Hats off to all the teachers here, especially to those who teach young kids! My comments veer towards what comes up internally in savasana, as that’s what gets retained in my head :) after each session. Apologies to everyone, I am trying :) anyhow, I loved how this practice made me feel during the practice and still make me feel afterwards. Loved and supported. That pencil or pen exercise is great (I have forgotten this!) for me and I used to bang :/ keyboards (now I just lightly float my fingertips - mindfully!), while tilling the soil (it’s not a chore!), scrubbing floors/pans/windows (it’s a form of release), chores/errands )they’re part of life) - it’s good for just about everything! Nice perspectives!Okay, Loved the cat-cow variation here. The wide-legged forward folds were awesome - brings out that inner hero! I found something new while seated and in the whole session, deeper connections, “mindful” sensations, lightness - won’t bore you all, all is well, Adriene I love you! Balanced in mountain pose with one feet crossed over, yummy stretch. This intuits me to share what I find here, with integrity. And Adriene, you’re doing a ton of good everywhere. Peace, Light and Love to everyone practicing especially to the teachers in our midst! 05/08/24 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

Magic! Thank you Adriene for honoring all of the hard working teachers with this amazing practice. Saving this one to complete again. I retired the end of May after 39 years of teaching coaching and counseling adolescents. We need so many more people to go into this under appreciated and under paid profession that care about kids and want to help them. Take good care all. ✌️🩷🙏🏻
