I've been doing this practice ever since I started doing yoga, which is almost five years ago now. I remember how challenging it was the first few times and how great it felt to feel it evolve as I got stronger. I still find new things in it each time, and today was the first time ever I was able to bring my crown to the ground in wide-legged forward fold!!

Really great! Nice calm start. Steady building Flow from minute 8-30. Some great crescent lunge series and some warrior series. . Ends with some "yoga situps" to get that core also.

I know! I love slowing them down to give me time to move mindfully through transitions and have a second to get myself centered in the new posture before continuing the flow. I tried to ask support hpw to do it on the app here, but havenโ€™t heard back. I hope they add that feature!
