Yoga Stretch with Adriene for when you need to tend to it, balance it out, or motivate for more. This 20 min practice is great for the body but AWESOME for your mental health and wealth too. Awaken the spine, stretch your muscles, gain body awareness.

Working with conscious breath, this sequence is excellent for post workout or for those feeling sore or a little anxious. This is a mindful and yummy yoga practice that everyone can try!

This has been my go-to morning stretch since it first came out! It gets right down to business and hits all the right buttons for me. I’ll be 76 soon, and I have never been an athletic person. I don’t seem to make the time to get out for walks as much as I used to. I do yoga daily because I’m afraid I’d just seize up like the Tin Woodsman if I don’t stretch every day!

I must admit that i like the newer stretchy practices even more, but it‘s a good video, works as a morning stretch, as a bedtime practice, when sore or when feeling a bit blah. No crazy moves included, should be very beginner friendly.

So good if you are sore. I would suggest adding a legs up the wall in the end. BLISD
