<p>This 24 minute session is yummy and will fly by. I understand that it is difficult to get motivated to the mat each day. And that some days are way harder than others to carve out the proper time to practice. I acknowledge all of this and yet - this journey is about making a good habit of centering the whole body and the whole spirit for mental health.</p><p>It works when you show up.</p><p>Let’s get started!!!&nbsp;</p><p>SIGN UP at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&amp;redir_token=QUFFLUhqa0xhQ1J1blA2Nm9EOGV6bXQ0ZjU5TFkwQVEyQXxBQ3Jtc0tuQ0NlZ3BKdDEySUxpeC1lVmphT3F6a01uUEs1NXM5U205VV9ralR5SU82Nk5FYkw4a3pUVVUtb2RONEozZDhQUGpGVTlfbHpoc1U3MlpIVlc0bE85cDR0cmxkVDNjelUwN2RoTW5EYWYtSU5WRGR5MA&amp;q=https%3A%2F%2Fdo.yogawithadriene.com%2Fcenter&amp;v=LTdBUmHDA4s" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://do.yogawithadriene.com/center</a> to receive the full program and other free goodies, delivered to your inbox! </p>

Lovely practice. I am SO missing Adriane saying 'namaste' at the end of these, though - such a departure, and it feels slightly less complete. I'm saying namaste, but I never realised how important it was to have it said both ways, the give and the receive.

What a lovely practice. I am really loving the different endings instead of 'Namaste'. After doing my yoga teacher training last year and learning how problematic the word is I think its great that yoga teachers, especially white ones, are moving away from it! Thank you 💜 x

Every time Adrienne says “Let’s come on down…” in my mind I always finish with “to yoga town.” She said it in one of the practices and it’s forever in my head now. Anyone else? ☺️

The endings feel incomplete to me without a spoken namaste. I say it but miss Adriene saying it. A while back I did some of her very early practices and she didnt say it in some of those either and i missed it. She might be saying it inwardly, but im sad not to hear it!

I’m a person if Indian heritage. Could yoh explain to me why the word us problematic. It simply means greeting to you and is said as both a hello and goodbye. There is NO divine or mystical meaning behind the word. Please DO NOT add meaning to a word that is not even close to what the word actually means. We indians are very proud when non-indians great or say Nameste. I am seeing alot of this here of late and it is really getting me down.

Loved this practice! Cleansing. Rinsing away any discomfort. Staying curious and finding something new and astonishing in the twists. Wonderful. Love the creative twists and balances. Gentle, supportive, strengthening, centering (trim/lean/flexible), grounding, uplifting. Feeling lighter, brighter, perkier, whimsical…thanks Adriene! Loving moving from my center. I 💛💚💙 core-centered practices. I am grateful to you and the whole team for all the creative ways you’ve curated this Centering journey — in a way that is not harried or stressful or deflating — it’s overflowing with love, gentleness and supportive sessions/cues. Loving hiw I am moving from my center with more ease, grace and stability. It’s so good! I allowed/trusted/surrendered to your invitation that consistently showing up to practice, even for just a little time, goes a long way. Yoga transcends the mat! I am grateful for this transformative journey. Thank you so much Adriene, Sumair, Marni, the whole FWFG team and to all my fellow practitioners. Take good care everyone! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I LOVED THIS. ❤️ the only thing that I sometimes notice and dislike is that we often spend less time in the poses on the second side, like in the low lunges here. I rewinded the video 30 sek myself and enjoyed the stretch a bit longer 😊
