In the two years since I started practicing yoga with this community, my nervous system has settled so much. This has been, and continues to be, the foundation for my journey of trauma recovery. I could never have done this in a class setting. I need to be in my own space and be able to be with whatever hard or awesome stuff arises each day. I am grateful beyond words for these lovely practices and the obvious authenticity with which they are made and shared with the world. Blessings to all on whatever journeys you're on. May we all be safe, happy and find ease.

I used my headphones for this practice, and I could hear Adriene’s heart beat the entire time. Really special underlying rhythm to the practice 💕

Great stretch. I love it when the practice you were skeptical turns out to be the exact one your heart and body needed.

This is definitely my favorite. I keep coming back to it again and again. Life is hard and this gives me some light and air to gain perspective and keep moving forward.

Great way to usher in a new day! It takes discipline to come to practice when everything makes perfect sense. In moments such as those, I find it crucial to motivate myself even more to tend to and unite my ecosystem to move in ways that serve everyone safely - I do so by surrendering to Adriene’s perfectly adept ministrations :) Thank you for this short but mindful and yet so soothing, effective and expansive practice. Time well spent. Nourishing the inner voice and inner light to be better equipped to meet the day - come what may. Self love to the max. Choose to Stretch and Move our energetic bodies towards our best potentials. Train the mind. Unite. Choose to Expand when we feel deflated. Follow our intuitive nature. Be well. Nothing is ever easy, showing up is key to everything turning things around (our way). May we all thrive no matter what comes our way, we can shift our perspective and shape our experiences to serve us best. Yoga heals. This collective helps maintain those intentions. Sending tons of love to everyone! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💙💜

Wonderful stretchy practice that is also somehow energizing. So many calming practices 1st thing in the morning leave me feeling a little groggy but this one was great for a morning and facing a busy day! Thank you YWA! Now I'll watch the new vlog while having breakfast! 💗🙏💗
