This journey is about meeting yourself, your sensations and observations, and through regular practice - finding your flow. In this session we begin with a right/left hemisphere balance and move on to continue to use the asana to learn about ourselves and how we experience our bodies.

Let me know how this one goes for you in the comments below!

Getting out of bed was a real challenge for me today. My life is really difficult for me these past 2 years; and balancing poses or poses that require strength are not possible for me. I found some small relief with the practice, in the breathing and Adriene's loving awareness but with the video ending I know I have to get back to my life which is always a tough moment :( Keep it up everyone, we're halfway there. Hope you're having a better day than I am today xx

Thank you, I feel more balanced! Now to find a foundation video for half moon pose as that was a challenge for me!

I've been practicing for awhile so finding the balance in the yoga poses has been gradually easier through the years. Something I struggle with is finding the balance to honor the grief I have over losing close family and powering through for my other son and father. I also have to work. Every January, as I do the 30-day, I'm also weighed down with grief. I want to lie in bed with the blackout curtains closed and just sob all day.... but Im still a solo mom. I don't really need advice, I just wanted to share and not burden my loved ones, who have seemed to have forgotten. Thank you Adrienne, for the yoga journey and creating a community where I feel safe sharing 💜.

Great practice, I found it challenging but am starting to feel a bit more grace in my flows. I saw the comments that half moon would be featured here, so I had my blocks ready and it made such a difference for me. This year I’m embracing using props, they are a game changer for me! 🤍

I love how, at the mid point, it is so clear how much stronger I am than I was at the beginning.

Hi y'all, I've been having this really new experience lately when practicing ~ I don't know fully how to put it into words, but I'm beginning to tap into really FEELING what I'm doing. Almost like feeling my body from the inside, I'm really feeling my body doing these poses. It's helping me detect the areas where I'm holding tension like a sonar machine. Its presence, and it brings me so much focus and a real enjoyment in being in this vessel. Beautiful series so far, Adriene!

Awesome practice today! Loved the balancing challenges, humbling in the best way. 💕A little hard to do nadhishodhana with one clogged nostril though 😅. I wonder if it would be possible to have a meditation for when you’re congested, since breathing through your mouth changes everything! I notice I tend to feel more anxious when I have a cold, because I’m unable to breathe deeply and meditate like usual.
