<p>Hey all.. I have been stating my boundaries and needs with people more and more, in a very respectful, non-judgemental, in the 'I feel this.. when you...' way, but one professional I was close with had left me last month after that happened... without a word. And now the second therapist with whom I was close has done the exact same thing. I feel abandoned, worthless, sad, afraid. It seems they weren't the right people for me after all but it hurts so much :(</p>

Third time, still a charm. This is such a marvelous session. So yummy. Showing up for myself, finding ease, grace and stability - self-care pays off. This was a good practice for me today. We have to put my dog down tomorrow so my heart is feeling very tender. It was a good reminder to breathe, and to breathe deeply. 💛
