Use this practice to work on synchronizing the movement with the breath. Increase strength and flexibility as you welcome warmth to the body. </p><p><br></p><p>Sun Salutations warm up the body and can refresh us in so many ways. Great for the nervous system! Great for the immune system! Great for depression! Make adjustments as needed and listen to your body!</p><p><br></p><p>Cultivate positivity. Remember each day is different! <p>i have done this practice hundreds of times.  i know every word, every throat clearing, every breath by heart.  i have added a little to it sometimes, switched back and forth between which legs step back and which step up, and added some stacked hips/side body stretches at times, as i find what feels good.  i don't know exactly what it is about this particular video, but i love it so much and find it is good in the morning to wake me up, or good whenever i need a little blood flow.  thank you Adrine and team for the countless gifts you have given the world over the years.  and thank you especially for whatever little bit of magic you cast on this particular practice for me.</p>

<p>I have NEVER encountered such an uneven practice in all my years of yoga... at the end I was like what??? what about the left side?</p><p>Weird.</p>

<p>I love this quick practice. Howerver it suffer from the Forgotten Left Side syndrome. I urge people to ignore the right and just do the left side to even things out!</p>

<p>Thank you! Just what I needed..my only question is.. it seems to be very right side focused and wondering if it should be more balanced? When I've done salutations before it has been very right and left focused / balanced...</p>

<p>I am 72 years old, and this is the first time I've done this sequence without using a chair as a prop, which was a delightful surprise. I have not had a regular yoga practice since my college days. I still need to gradually work on stepping both feet forward after the lunge position, but I see you have a video in the Foundations of Yoga series for this. Thank you for being an honest and great teacher. Love your light-hearted style!</p>
