<p>I’ve been having some serious body image issues today, my body doesn’t look like it used to- and I was reminded by our family pictures in my inbox this morning. So I’ve been preoccupied with thoughts of fixing my body all day, and when adriene said “you don’t need fixing” I burst into tears. Thanks Adriene. 💕</p>

I do something called screen shabbat on the weekend. Not my idea i heard it in a podcast about 2 years ago. I shut off all screens from Saturday sunset until Sunday sunset. It is so rejuvenating. I've been doing it for about 2 yrs and it makes me feel so much better facing the screens again on Monday.

<p>Another practice I've tried for the first time ever as I don't celebrate Halloween... and another one that is a great practice for my regular short list.  This one was great for me first thing in the morning but I can see it would be very useful after long hours in front of the laptop.  Maybe this is the year I will try all the Halloween themed practices this week! 😂🤓👍 </p>

<p>I don't think I've done this one before. Pretty fast pace after prana practice with khalabati breath. I fell behind a couple times but didn't get distressed about it. I really loved the gate variation flow. This was great after a night of hot flashes and waking up very tired an hour before the alarm. 💗🙏💗</p>

This is almost comically sooo in alignment with how I'm feeling and is making me smile before I even start the practice. Sigh. Thank you 😌🙏🏼☻️
