<p>Worked up some heat while opening up my heart. Already a fave, each time I do a practice it feels like the first time 🙃. Added the “tired legs” practice to my calendar to do later. <p>While I have completed this practice before, today was different. That is the alchemy of yoga I suppose- moving through this practice today many tears flowed. I am grieving a life changing diagnosis for a dear, dear loved one. This practice helped me to feel the grief AND the love...both at the same time.  And perhaps that is the point of it all.. To know that the love is always there... Adriene said, "..the pose is one thing but how you exist in the pose is everything..." Taking those words with me off the mat today. As always I leave this practice filled with gratitude, even amidst the difficulty...thank you.</p>

I’ve just begun dating someone who is kind and sweet. As a person with an anxious attatchment style I am freaked out half the time and really giddy the rest. When all I want to do is protect my heart from harm this served as a great reminder to keep it open.

I love this practice very much, I did it twice! Actually, I was so excited to do this after Alia’s 3rd in a series session that I forgot to tap my watch! Twice as lovely both times! This never gets old. The unfolding of the poses and flow from within and out of me - so joyful. With grace, ease, lightness of spirit - it’s such a lively homage to life - leading from the heart. Filling my cup with lots of love, warmth and compassion to stay grounded, centered, balanced and uplifted. Everything else is an added gift. Beautiful beyond words, it has to be experienced twice! :) I intended Healing energies from within me and out into every corners of the world! Keeping my heart open, accepting while I tend to my whole being to create more space for creativity, for love to flourish, for compassion to flow no matter what challenges arise, it can be overcome and my heart will grow more loving. Awesome! May everyone embody all the love in this practices! I am sending lots of love to everyone in this space. Thank you very much Adriene for this heartwarming practice, from my heart to yours. ♥️♥️♥️
