Everytime I do a recent practice I keep thinking that I miss the old YWA’s style. Don’t know if I’m the only one but I miss Adriene’s spontaneity and funny lines.

After 6 days going to the hospital to be with my husband as he suffered a small strike and heart attack, this was the perfect medicine for me☺️ So grateful that he is back home🙏🏻 Lots of needed therapy ahead

There is something really special about this video, even if you’ve been practicing for a long time. 💖

Starts out slow but really love the stretches and movements Adrianne does to awaken those muscles. I have some chronic pain an I appreciate that she encourages you to do what feels good and what u feel needs movement. This will be in my downloads for days my body just cant do my beginning videos.

Lovely- my first day of 31 days of yoga every day for cancer research. My body is telling me its stiff and hasnt been used like this for a while and is carrying lots of excess weight. But rather than fill my head and body with reproachements and disgust, I have seen it as a gift to myself ❤️

This was exactly what I needed to start to ease back into a regular practice after way too long. Thank you!

I did this practice in the morning and it was exactly what I needed. As a non-beginner, this was also a great practice to reconnect to the basics and slow down.

I totally appreciate the pace of this session. It’s in line with this month’s theme of Reset. Great for my nervous system. I find the pace of this session helped me maintain breath, form, alignment/connection, meditative flow safely anchored in the present moment. The mind was content to just be, and I will carry that focus moment-to-moment (if I fail to…then I’ll simply pause, slow down and connect with my breath). This loving/supportive practice allowed me to mindfully flow with ease. Thank you for this gift! Everyday for me is a reset, an opportunity to recalibrate and start anew…a Refresh. Thank you for the gentle reminder to slow down and embrace the present moment. Peace, Light and Love everyone! 💚💙💚
