I Have Acute Wrist Pain In Left Hand And Found The Beginning Of this Video Very Painful, Especially In Tabletop. No Issue In Down Dog. The Second Part Of The Video Seemed More Helpful For Me.

This was way to slow and educational. I fewl the monthly calendar should be more active. After a few days of the slow pe this was way to slow.

Helped so much! I sprained my wrist a year ago. It feels much better after doing this class. It hurt a lot right before and it's fine now. I'm very hopeful now.

Every time I do this practice my palm right under my thumb gets very sore. Does that happen to anyone wlse.

I dont experience often wrist pain but do spend a lot of time on computers for my job. This was a very challenging practice but left my handa feeling strong for the first time ever! As a rock climber I've always struggled to gain wrist/finger strength, this is a great practice for that. Thank you 🙌

After following this practice, my wrists, which were merely complaining, are now outright painful. I don’t recommend the effort to “open the doorknob” with the fingers stretched and the palms raised.

<p>Do not do this if you are chrrently experiencing wrist pain! This seems like a restorative or strengthening practice that was mislabled. </p><p></p><p>If anyone has good hands or wrist pracices I’d love to know!</p>
