<p>Is anyone else starting Yoga Camp in 2024? Just completed this first video today after (finally!) finishing my first 30 day journey (Flow). I've heard such good feedback about Yoga Camp so why not begin another 30 days here?</p>

<p>I've started day 1 today! Anyone else practicing in 2025? </p>

“I accept where my body is at today and I show up for myself fully.” Very powerful mantra! Staying true and commited to myself. I am excited to take this journey and see what comes up! Staying curious, I completely trust the process and commit myself to this 30-day yoga journey. This is such a loving way to start the series by taking stock of the mind-heart-body connection. I’m doing this in addition to the October 2022 calendar. Finding what feels good right here, right now. Thanks Adriene. Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Returning to Camp in February has become a beautiful annual tradition for me. I’m excited for the journey ahead!

I’ve decided to make June the month of Yoga Camp - in the last three Januaries I’ve done True, Dedicate and Home. Looking forward to the adventure!
