<p>This session is designed to guide us inward to reflect on truth, beauty, and our relationship to the breath and body. As Keats wrote, "<em>“Beauty is truth, truth beauty,” – that is all&nbsp;</em>Ye know on earth, and all ye need to know." </p><p><br></p><p>We are bringing it on home with a practice that asks us -&nbsp;<em>what is true?&nbsp;</em></p><p><br></p><p>What does it feel like to be true to one’s self?</p><p>Why is that important?</p><p>Why is loving yourself so important?&nbsp;</p><p>Welcome a connection to your whole self and be open to a spark of divinity within!&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>I respect the practice of yoga as a practical and magical invitation for honoring your truth. We are longing for the genuine. That which is true. Especially in this digital age. The tools of yoga nourish and align your mind and your body and your soul with your highest sense of self.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p>When these three aspects of the self are aligned and nourished and balanced, I feel like my true self. Honor your truth and you will unlock the beauty within to feel whole/good and serve others with your shine.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Come as you are.</p><p>Truth is beauty. Beauty is truth.</p><p>It’s what is on the inside that counts. </p><p><br></p><p>Love,</p><p>Adriene </p><p><br></p><p><em>Note:&nbsp;I contributed this practice during Covid to the Vogue India 2020 Beauty Summit. I like the theme so I thought I’d share it with you here with some more of my thoughts, and ad free. I hope you enjoy.</em></p>

i really try to "play" and warm up to crow pose, but even though i've built a lot of strength, it really hurts the backs of my arms when i pull my knees up there... and then i get cranky! otherwise, a really nice practice. hard to imagine ever doing crow though :/

In case you're deciding which video to do, this one is overall rather slow-paced and peaceful, with just a short part in the middle that felt like a mellow workout. (Other than crow which is impossible to me!) Very deliberate and meditative, without too much strain on any body area.

Since it ended without music after a long, attentive practice I was able to end up in shavasana so well. Love this quietness. Thank you.🙏

I couldn’t face 2 x 50min+ practises today, so instead I did the Upper Body Strength from March 3 with this practise.

This was agreat practice! I wish there was a way to tag videos with my own freetext tag so i can remember why i liked a practice and when its right for me to do it. Ive done so many and have so many favorites that its hard to remember.

<p>sweet, slow strengthening flow with such a delicious cool down and savasana at the end. using a block to lift my feet up in crow playtime has been a game changer after 10 years of yoga practice with crow pose as my mortal enemy</p>

Thank you for this gentle practice. I searched “yoga for COVID” and this popped up. Just what I needed to move my achy body.
