Today we focus on finesse over force.

Life can toss and turn us leaving us to feel a tad bit jerked around.

And then we hop on the yoga mat and often I see folks jerk and toss their bodies all the same.

Today’s session invites you to focus on the quality of movement…and grace.

Love this one, the sequence of poses, and invitation to make it my own. Thank you. 😊💕 This series is so, so good.

That was sweet and lovely! This felt like a rest day. Appreciate the mindful pacing. Just enough mindful flow to warmup the body. Supportive, not depleting. Nice way to refine the edges and remembering not to force nor push, but focusing instead on softening (incorporating grace) and embodying the pose, being especially mindful in each transition by working with the body instead of working against it! Nice takeaways! That’s how flow works! I suppose. Graceful execution. Beautiful! Heartfelt rendition of each pose and transitions to flow. Cat-cow. Cobra then chaturanga-updog. Downdogs flow. Bird-dog. Mindful Goddess variation. Kind pigeon ;) When the alarms are sounding off, how can I maintain my equilibrium? By connecting to my center, breathe my way into the present moment to create space for the mind to focus on alignments, positions, sensations - it becomes second nature…off the mat too! That is how the process is for me, it keeps evolving though! Each visit to the mat keeps my practice expanding! Thanks Adriene! It’s wonderful to be journeying here on this True 30DoY - Finesse, to elevate the experience! Peace, Light and Love to everyone practicing 🩷🧡☺️💚🩵💙💜 09/13/24

I have been away for a couple of days, without doing the yoga. It feels so good to be back to the normal morning routine. This was lovely, Adriene. 💝🙏🏻💝🇳🇴🤩💕
