This one is obviously worth watching for the footage of little Benji. I must admit, however, that I wouldn’t reach for this video when sore. It starts with a bit of stretching and folding, pretty much exactly what I do after a hike. It then moves on to a one legged balance sequence which is fun, but not what my body craves when sore. I am guessing the idea here is to stay off the ground and hands. If floor work isn’t feasible I probably would throw in a knocking on heaven‘s door.
