<p>The past few weeks have been drama filled at work, + it has been really getting me down. Yesterday I got a bit emotional during a meeting + I didn’t feel good about it. Today, this group is presenting a Town Hall for staff + it’s in our best interest to present a united front. I’m nervous about it, so was glad to see this practice pop up on the calendar. I choose to Rest and Restore. Glad I did, even if I didn’t initially think I need it! My spine, neck, shoulders are grateful I picked this practice today. Delicious treat to welcome Halloween. I honestly felt scared when going to this practice and i kind of wish the beginning part wasn't there. It does feel scary!

Tears at the end of this one. So grateful that this practice dropped early- I needed it today. I'm feeling sad and anxious about work and that my family dog is close to passing away. Hearing Adriene say Benji has our backs at the start of this and her message of love and reminder to take care of myself at the end was really moving for me. Feeling the love. Very thankful for this community and these offerings of self care. Namaste.

<p>Lovely. Practiced at night right after Mental Health Break and I was yawning within seconds of this session. And right when you said it towards the end…my right gut side gurgled thrice in agreement. I have forgotten how delicious this feels. Nice gentle twists. Stretches. I love the lizard exploration here. This is a gentle session with somatic movements and some nourishing breathwork. Appreciate the coffee grinder. Cat-cow. Nice twists. Nothing fancy. But very effective to nourish the nervous system. Appreciate the bonus short lymphatic massage too. Just focus on the breath to start and be moved ;) My hips, back, core, shoulders, heartspace and spine for some love from this session. Simply amazing. I’m glad I came back to October for this session, it’s great nighttime practice. To rest and repair. And tend to the self. It’s a great any time session! May we all be well and live with ease any time. And be able to ride the wave of life’s ups and downs…through practice, it becomes automatically easier…the possibilities are endless…Peace. Light.
