<p>I am grateful that I found this video today. I am struggling with a lot of personal stuff right now and I started smoking again...I want to quit smoking and return to my breath. The second part of the video - marrying the movement to the breath was challenging for me and especially for my lungs. But I am so happy to be part of this community and I want to express my admiration for every one who is anxious or stressed out and still found the time and energy to hop on the mat! Namaste!</p>

<p>I appreciate this practice. I don't think I've done it before, but was perfect for today. My dad passed away a few days ago after a long road with advanced dementia. Connections with my family are complicated. Grief is weird and -wow- so many layers. "Return to the breath" - this met me right where I was at. I feel nourished &lt;3 My soul feels nourished.</p>
