❤️ ❤️ Video description: The practice is spent entirely in sukasana. Adriene talks us through the specifics of the pose & yoga philosophy. We also get some gentle movement of the spine, neck rolls, and shoulders rolls. It’s a great little check-in / refresh video.

My 9 year old wants to start her own dedicated yoga practice. She’s seen me doing yoga her whole life, but hasn’t had the motivation to create her own practice yet, so I’m very excited. I’m taking her through each of these basic yoga pose videos first :) she’s seen me doing YWA her whole life, so when she saw how different Adriene looks in this video she was so amazed! 🥰she loves your bangs!!!
