<div class="editor-content"><p><span>If you were to think about your phases as seasons, the Menstrual phase could be considered your proverbial winter. While everyone is different and we can experience different sensations in different seasons of our life, typically right before you bleed and during your period, the urge to draw inward is strong. </span></p><p><span>A yin like yoga practice can offer us the time and space to find coziness and move slowly. During this phase, we aim to find moments of restoration and opportunity to relax, best we can, to restore and recalibrate for the next phase of our cycle! </span></p><p><span><br>During this session we will cultivate grounding energy and utilize the power of soft intentional movement and breath. Our body is at the beginning of a new cycle here.
