I actually love doing this practice in the morning as well as night. Sometimes I wake up feeling very vulnerable in myself and want to be soft and close to the ground. This practice feels really safe and loving for me and I’m really grateful to have encountered this video and of course Adriene herself 💖

I feel bad for not getting through todays practice for the theme of the month…BUT I also am learning to accept that it is okay to take it easy and rest when needed. 🙏🏼
