Hi everyone. If you have vertigo try the moves in the youtube video below (Carol Foster, MD Half Somersault treatment for Vertigo). It teaches you the so called 'half somersault' manoeuvre that helps to clear out the debris in the ear canals which can cause vertigo. It's explained very well in the video. For me a few of these manoeuvres on each side of the body usually clears up my vertigo.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUXYMSCku4c

TBH, although it's always good to do yoga and to breathe consciously, the moves in Adriene's video would not be good for me during a vertigo attack. When I get it, staying still, esp. lying down makes me feel as if the whole room is spinning.

I've experienced vertigo quite mildly for the last ten years, but it the last week I have had the most awful and debilitating bout of it. I haven't been on the mat all week, as any movement at all made me throw up. Now that I am over the worst of it, this video was gentle and lovely. Thank you so much!
