On december 13th i was on my 7th day of yoga after being on and off with my practice, due to work and not being able (or motivated) to balance it in my time. On december 14th my mom passed away, and this is the first time im stepping on the mat since it happened. The video hasnt started yet and im already crying. My mother supported this, she would want me to continue with my practice, it made her happy to see me do it, and it made me feel stronger and healthier. Im going to start again today with daily yoga practice, im looking forward to Move, I feel like its dedicated for me in a way… Thank You Adriene, for creating a space which allows me to feel safe to vent all my feelings and get stronger. Merry christmas to all, appreciate your family and friends.

That moment where you feel Benji's paw and sneak a peek at him! ❤️I also loved the invitation in the forward fold to stick with the breath and see what happens, instead of giving in to the impulse to back out — such an important response to stress and something for me to practice on and off the mat. Thank you!
