Definitely feeling hungover from January 6th in America. Normally I do the 30 Day practice in order, but I am SO grateful you upload a day early so I could listen to my guts and choose "tomorrow's" practice. This was precisely the slow, low impact, body and soul ironing out that I needed after so much stress and tightening and anxiety and anger and sadness from yesterday's events. Cheri, First time with a video can be like that. Second time it’s easier to not try to mirror Adrienes every move in the repetitions and trust that the cue comes when the pattern in movement changes. It also gets easier to syncronize with my own breathing rythem than with Adrienes tempo in the repetitions.

Did anyone else cry at the end of this video? I started balling when saying Namaste! Thank you, Adriene, for a beautiful week of breath practice! I'm so looking forward to the start of Week 2 tomorrow. Have a beautifully blessed weekend :)

Wondeeful practice today. Ive been doing yoga with adriene every day since 11th nov (prior to that onky doing yoga once a week or so), and today i rested my forhead on my striaght legs

great practice for the neck and shoulders! Also, this happens rarely to me during yoga, but my eyes filled with tears of gratitude at the end of practice when adriene spoke about day 8, and I realised how long she's been accompanying me on my journey, and how much she and this community have helped - starting my day feeling grateful for all this!
