I really appreciate this pracice! I’d be great to have two versions: one with all the explanations in length, one without much extra commentary for when I repeat the exrercise.

very nice, except for when my older dog came into the room to break wind in my face and then walk right back out.. right in the middle of plank 4 :D

This one should be labelled „push-up lovers only“. Its basically planks and push-ups with a very short side plank, and a short warm-up for the wrists and shoulders.

I remember doing this video in September 2019 when it first came out. I struggled to grt through even the firdt srt of push ups! Today I was able to keep pace with Adrienne (in half plank mind you) and it feels so great to see the progress in the journey. Let’s keep building strength together 💛💚
