<p>Thank you so much for this short but wonderful sequence. I have become a 24/7 caregiver for my husband who has been diagnosed with dementia. My yoga practices are broken into 10-15 minute sequences now whenever I can find the time but I always try to do something in the morning to start my day. This was great! It was different and I loved it. I am grateful.</p>

Well, Adriene got me confused for a moment when she said "walk you hands all the way up to the mat" 😆 you keeping us on our toes eh? Lol

<p>Is it just me, or is anyone else having a really hard time keeping balance when she has us straighten our knees in the lunge?  If you had the soundtrack from my session, you'd hear a series of squeaks and oopsies all during that part!  Not a move I've done before!</p>

<p>I just listen to the prompts when I practice rather than watch, especially in the morning when I haven’t put my contact lenses in yet! In this one at about 6 mins Adriene says to go to downward dog and bump hips to side but after doing that she says now make your way to downward dog and I was like ??!? I’m already here! Then looked and saw those hip bumps were from all fours! Ha! Just sharing incase anyone is reading this before practicing and does what I do and just listens. </p>

<p>When I did this one last month my soulmate dog was still with me and sitting right on the yoga mat next to me. I miss her more than I ever knew I was capable of missing anything. Such a deep longing. My chosen mantra for this session was "I'll be ok." And I know it's true. But it is hard right now.</p>

<p>Laughing at myself: when she said, “Walk your hands to the front of the mat,” I went into plank pose! Then she did say to go into Downward Facing Dog from the lunge, but she meant All Fours. And so on! What a day! I’ll be doing this again soon, so I’ll be better at the cues. Straightening my legs in the lunge was a serious balancing challenge. I’m going to keep at this until I can get it!</p>

<p>That was perfect for getting me ready to write my Bio and application to manage a world class Nordic Spa in Clear Lake, Manitoba! I have been on this path with Adriene since 2015 30 Days and do yoga every morning! I am meditating and realize how important it is to check in with my emotions in order to help myself help others. I am a Massage Therapist and Singer/Flute player and Yoga and being Present and Aware has helped me grow younger every day! I have not had any family support most of my life so telling myself that I Trust, that I am Worthy and I am Safe has built me up and kept me Calm in the face of energy vampires! Thank you! Peace in Thoughts, Peace in Words, Peace in the Heart. </p><p></p><p>P.S. If you could change it so the video just stops and does not continue tot he next one I would love that;)</p>

<p>Wait when did this get added to this date on the calendar?? I was up at 5:30am PST and there was no vid posted still so chose another. Then ystrdy the 8th, i went to do Union practice (same time of the morning) and a mssg popped up saying it wldn’t be added until 10pm! I haven’t been on the app for quite some time so wondering if this is a one-off. Also what happened to being able to checkmark a day of practice? Any feedback wld be great - ty!🙏🏻</p>
