<p>That was very good Adriene! Did this after Pilates Flexion Free: Upper Body and Morning Sound Bath. I am loving my presence. Really occupying my space. Standing my ground. </p><p>This session is great for inner space exploration. Good for my outer space and ecosystems too! To really feel my spine strong and holding me up. WOW! My shoulders able to carry me - and allow whatever load off it the mat to glide off, - as there’s much awareness as to which I am best able to handle! Aha! Inner intelligence and the power of my own convictions. Yesss! My whole carriage sure of itself. I love you back Adriene! </p><p>This is what I was seeking. An immersive, creative, authentic way to invest my precious time to discover how I am going to carry on unbothered. Meaning, how I can maintain my balance. What I can add to my routines to sustain me as I meet each moment with integrity and not blow my top or combust within! :) This is the perfect opportunity to meet myself, practice safely to observe the sensations of the push and pull, expanding and contracting, downward and upward,stable yet graceful, strong yet soft and how it transcends and translate into living life present and at ease. With integrity! Connecting the dots…with every breath and acts of self care and self love. Without expectations…I Can go on and on! </p><p>This was such a lovely revisit. Thank you again and again. The moon’s soft energies kept me company as I practiced and now the sun’s warmth is calling, giving me the energy to go forth and meet my day. Grateful. Find(ing) What Feels Good! This session is awesome for the upper body! All the way to the fingertips, wrists, arms/elbows/shoulders/neck - nice, strong and flexible alignments! The torso, spine, internal organs -digestive system. Awesome for the hips, nothing gets stuck there! Supportive for the lower back. Containment for the abs! My feet got a good workout! The currents of energy from my toes as I held on up my heels, thighs strong , core engaged zipping me up…up…up…haha! Ooh Adriene! That took a lot of focus! And feeling those energies coursing through my whole being. Phew! Then you allowed me to…Let it go, thank you! You’re so kind. That staff pose felt so Yummy afterwards. I really felt its significance! This is great way to celebrate my growth - both flexion free Pilates and this session made for a truly special way to honor where I am today. Nice flow today, but. The latest update took away the ability to complete the video. No place to check off completed! On a MacBook Pro. It works on the iPad in the iPhone. But not the MacBook Pro

Prior to daily yoga as part of the FWFG family I suffered with various back problems, mainly low lumbar region which really played up during my Autumn/Winter season of my cycle! Yoga has completely changed this, my core is super strong, my spine is flexible & I totally agree ‘you are only as young as your spine feels’...Grateful to our wonderful yoga family, peace & love 🤍✨🙏🏼

Yummy practice for June 20 - this slowes my roll and makes adapting my plans for the day and makes Plan B the better choice. My soine needed this after a weekend of powerdul yard woek. Im all zenned out, too! 😘🤙 Mahalo Adriene ♥️ This app is worth every cent!

Wow! That was great! Loved everything about this session! Anither gem of a practice. Because of you Adriene, I am growing in my yoga practice: cultivating ease and balance in challenging moments on and off the mat! This was a great energizing flow, my spine is feeling the deep connection to my whole being! For me this was also calming, relaxing and the same time energizing.
