True: 30 Day Yoga Journey continues! Your day 10 yoga practice is a mindful cleansing practice. Out with the old and in with the TRUE!

Drop your expectations and breathe.

No one expects you to master or jive with every practice. This journey is about spending time with yourself. Today we focus on building heat from the inside out. Burning away that which no longer serves in order to create powerful transformation.

This series is not a challenge, it is a journey. But today's practice might be challenging!

You have everything you need. Continue to ride the wave. Trust, observe and enjoy!

Tip of the day. Maybe you already know it.
Change the tempo of the video to 0,75. You do it on the screen view right side. It feels even more deepening and an amazing release.
I did this session maybe 30+ times and I still love it!
Thank you all on Team YWA

“Out with the old in with the True.” ;) I love that! Oops! I skipped Day 9! I got a good release out of this. Nice twists. Graceful flows. Simply beautiful. Nice way to “build heat from the inside out.” Not the kind that’s depleting but the heat that feels energizing and relaxing at the same time. The kind that builds strength, creates space for clarity and good energies to flourish. This is the first time I have ever come across this practice and it’s simply amazing. I love those twists here, this series has those amazingly inspired spiral twists. Anytime I come across “coffee grinder” I love it. Love bending the knees up to the side in downs of. Nice cobra to updog. Great practice for the shoulders, hips, legs, the spine, as well as the mind and the breath. Nice hip releases especially in yogic squat! Thanks Adriene, I’m loving this series. Gotta go back to Day 9 now :) to Open! I was so looking forward to that, only to realize a few minutes into this, that I skipped a day ;) well, it’s all good - the journey is about spending time with myself, staying True. I guess I need to spend more time with me! Peace, Light and Love to everyone practicing. Rest. Restore. Be well. 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 09/01/24

Edit: *downdogs :)

Damn, this one brought up a lot of repressed, uncomfortable emotion. I tried to just notice and observe it without attaching too much judgement to it (hard as that is). However a very lovely, twisty practice 🙏🏽🙏🏽
